The database explorer has been implemented
The table content viewer has been implemented

The first piece of code has been published. Several invisible widgets, plugin and TableView are included, see the SVN content.
For the proper work it needs Qt v 4.4 & PyQt v.4.4.X
Users of the Debian & Ubuntu Linux distributions might need to wait some time to have these versions of the software, or install these packages from the source sode.
