How are you launching Kodos? If you're typing "python kodos.py" or
something similar in Terminal, you'll have problems with window focus.
Either type "pythonw kodos.py" or double-click on the kodos.py application.
I put together an application bundle of Kodos that works fine, though
I've never released it.
