[Pyqt-mac-list] Which packages to use?

I have tried building PyQt-mac-gpl-4.0.1.tar over three different
versions of QT and all have failed.  The versions of QT I tried were:
Qt-4.2.1, Qt-4.1.5, Qt-4.0.1.

Am I missing something?  I'm just doing a standard configure, make,
make install for all pieces.  Could someone point me to some packages
that are know to work together?

Any other advice is appreciated.
