[Pyqt-mac-list] Installing on Tiger 10.4.2

I downloaded and installed the open source edition of QT 4.1.0
I downloaded and installed the latest snapshot of SIP and then tried  
PyQt and get the following


Error: qglobal.h could not be found in
/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.1.0/include/QtCore or
/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.1.0/include.

QtCore doesn't exist and neither does qglobal.h

Have I downloaded the wrong package?
