[Pyqt-mac-list] qt_mac.h patches for QScintilla

Kevin, did you apply the patch  to Qt for Qscintilla before building 
Qt?  I notice you don't mention this in your build instructions.  The 
file "README.MacOS" in the qscintilla source has the patch.  It says 
qscintilla will crash on mac without the patch.
