-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I think it's safe to say that PyQt on the Mac is a bit fragile. The version of Eric that I bundled is quite old (2.4, released in May 2004; it's up to 2.61 now) as more recent versions are very crash-prone or won't even run. Given that PyQt has so many moving parts, when I got everything built and just running without crashes, I decided to leave it alone rather than track the updates in sip, PyQt, and Eric. I'll do another package once Qt/4 is out, and the bugs have been reported. Perhaps that will be more optimized for the Mac; certainly Qt 3 is far from perfect in this regard.
