PyPRC release 1.1

A new version - a new format. The universal resourcer for python just hits its 10th day of life and celebrates it with a great resource format improvements. This is a stable and productive version.

pyprc-1.0 - first release

Python programmers resourcer is a simple module to aid in application development by separating resources from the rest of the source. This means all resources you could eventually imagine, because it is able to store just everything, a bit like the pickle module, but moreover - pyprc is able to use parameters during resource creation, and its resource description format is pure python.
