Hello,

I would like to know, where the installation path for Python is on a Mac OS X System?

i) I want to check, if Python is currently installed on my System.
ii) I heard, it is automatically installed, when installing the open source drawing tool: inkscape (http://www.inkscape.org/)
iii) I am using an extention, which appereantly needed Python. This is the error code given:

"The fantastic lxml wrapper for libxml2 is required by inkex.py and therefore this
extension. Please download and install the latest version from
http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/lxml/, or install it through your package manager
by a command like: sudo apt-get install python-lxml"

I would be very glad, if someone could help me!
Thank you
