Hi! I've been trying to upload a zipped doc tree for cmd2 via
http://pypi.python.org/pypi?%3Aaction=pkg_edit&name=cmd2
but every time I do, I get 403 Forbidden at
http://packages.python.org/cmd2

I've tried several times since last night. Can you help?

I know that, the first time I tried, I attempted to hit http://packages.python.org/cmd2 from another tab of my browser while the zipfile was still uploading - is it possible that doing that derailed the permissions somehow?

Thanks!

    Sorry for the slow response.

The error is happening because there's no top-level index.html file.

I've added a placeholder for you.

I've added code (not released) which forces the index.html - but need to confirm Martin's happy with that.

I'm fine with that change - so go ahead.

In the specific case, it might have helped to recognize that there is a single top-level directory, and move all files one level up, but we should not go there as that might break URLs.
