Hi. I'm the maintainer of the 'wsgissl' module (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/wsgissl), but I'm unable to upload new versions using my pypi login ('ojacobson'). How can I regain access to this module?
Hi, are you able to log into the PyPI website using the username and password you're trying to use for the upload?
I performed a password reset on Feb 22nd as described here:
Yes, I reset my password for the 'ojacobson' user when I got the notification from PyPI, and I was able to log in as that user this morning. wsgissl doesn't appear in the list of projects in the nav menu, though.
I believe you're just using the incorrect username. The current owner is "freshbooks".
Huh. Is there a way I could've determined that from PyPI?
Oh, there is, and I'm blind. Thanks.
Unfortunately, I think we've lost access to the freshbooks PyPI login, too… Is there a way I could find out what email address it's associated with, so that I can track down where the password reset emails are going?
Ah, they'd gotten hung up in our support tracker. Thanks again for the clue about which user owns that module; I've restored access.
