#222 Uploading Win installer gives "invalid distribution file"

By uploading a MS Windows installer, I always get:

"""
Error processing form

invalid distribution file
"""

But it is a valid installer. No more information is provided. Here are the windows installers if you want to try it yourself:

    Hi, sorry for the delay but I'm at PyCon sprints and have a chance to look into this now.

    Hi again. I guess it's barfing on the files like "numpy-1.7.0-win32-superpack-python3.3.exe"? What generates those files? The filename does not match the bdist_wininst format that I'm aware of. This means I can't verify that it's a valid Python distribution (and not just some random executable.)
