#220 Module name already taken by noop module

I'm developing the power (https://github.com/Kentzo/Power) module, a cross-platform package that allows you to get power info of the system, like power source or estimated time from battery. I didn't uploaded it to PyPI because I waited for updating of PyObjC on PyPI.
Unfortunately, recently module with the same name was already uploaded: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/power/1.0.1
It does nothing but checks whether number A is power of number B. Pretty useless compared to what my plugin does.

Renaming of my package is not a good option, because it's already used by semi-big projects like Cura (https://github.com/daid/Cura/tree/master/Cura). Could you please take a look and decide whether it's possible to contact author of that plugin or delete it from PyPI so I'll be able to upload mine.

The original owner of "power" has deleted their package.
