#114 python-daemon: timeout exceptions for pidfiles

I'm using python-daemon 1.5.5 and I noticed I can start more than one instance of my daemon even though I specified a pidfile (I use DaemonRunner).

I could finally trace the problem to the fact that LockTimeout exceptions are not handled in runner.py. I've attached a patch that fixes this (only two lines of code have changed).
