[Pypgsql-users] Dictionary Cursor?

I was curious as to whether or not anyone has attempted to implement
a cursor that returns a dictionary keyed from column names, similar
to the MySQLdb.DictCursor class?  I am not familiar enough with libpg
to implement it myself.
