I succeded compiling pyPgSQL on the Sourceforge MacOS X box using the
attached setup.py file. I needed to install the files in the windows/
directory to the build process. Does this work for you, too? Changing
the paths to PostgreSQL, of course?

Could you please also try to run the test suite (test/PgSQLTestcases.py)
once you get pyPgSQL built?
