[Pypgsql-users] why pypgsql??

hello
just downloaded pypgsql
looks really great.

a friend told my, that there are also some other 
python interfaces to postgresql. some should be faster

I have not found any other and pypgsql is really good.
but can somebody tell me, if there are other implementations
too, and what advantages / disadvantages they have??

this would be really nice
