#3 add 'caseless' parameter to 'SkipTo' subclass

Perhaps I'm using pyparsing awkwardly but a 'caseless'
parameter offered by 'SkipTo' subclass helped me quite
frequently.

    I might be missing the point, but can't you specify caseless
    on the expressions being skipped to and ignored?

    I believe the solution to your question is to specify
    caselessness on the expression you are skipping to. This
    does not require any change to pyparsing.
