#97 Clarify ownership and license on examples

In Debian, we like to have a copyright file that explicitly describes the ownership and licenses on all files in a package. Some of the files in examples/ are difficult to gather than information for. Please clarify the ownership and licenses of all the example files.

If some are unknown, please let us know that too so we can filter them out of the source tarball that we upload.
