Yes, this is a good idea. I've tried adding a note to the tracker pages
(the bug tracker has had one for a long time now, but it was only normal
sized, I just made it bigger). I didn't realize the other trackers had
to be configured separately. And I don't know how to add a message to
the main page. :/
