[pyOpenSSL] build for WinCE

i have built PyOpenSSL for WinCE.
I didn't use the setup.py to build it, used Embedded Visual C++ 3.0.
If you'd like i can submit the binaries along with a quick HOWTO for anyo=
ne
who wants to build from source.

let me know if you want that.
