[pyOpenSSL] [PATCH] add support for handling trusted certificates

Hi.  I've created a branch here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~jorton/pyopenssl/trust

which adds basic support for handling of trusted certificates in 
pyOpenSSL.  The patch is attached for review.
