[pyOpenSSL] CRL patch to stable?

Hi,

Some time ago i wrote to say someone made a nice patch for pyOpenSSL that
was able to create certificate revocation lists (CRL). This patch was then
added to another branch but never made it back into stable/main. Since i
like to have CRL option and all the features/bugfixes of the now-main
branch, could both be merged?
