which gives a work-around for building on RedHat. Togl can, just as
easily, be disabled by editing your config/linux.cfg file and specifying
0 for the build_togl flag. Togl is moving toward deprecation, as it's
proving to be a serious pain and there's no-one to champion its
continued maintenance.
