Hi mike,
           if you move you also then get the option to use trac for
viewing stuff , atleast for people like me. Something like
http://transmission.m0k.org/development.php

Go down the page & you can see one can checkout from svn repository
while at the same time if want to view the progress of the project
then can use trac to  view it.

For people can also issue tickets & view the progress.

http://transmission.m0k.org/trac/browser/trunk

Actually  lot of open source projects are using trac alongwith
subversion. It looks, feels good, just a suggestion. See if you like
it.
