[PyOpenGL-Users] WGL package in PyOpenGL 3.0?

I'm looking for the WGL sub-package that used to be part of PyOpenGL 
v2.0. I'm specifically looking for the OpenGL.WGL.EXT.swap_control 
module. Is this still available in PyOpenGL v3.0?
