The system I am working with: WIN2K SP4 using PyOpenGl 2.0.0.44, PyOpenGlContext 2.0.0.b1 both bin-installed Boa 0.2.8, Python 2.2.3, wxpython 2.4.2.4, Most of the dlivered tests and demos work only the tests using scenegraph (vrml) leave the output window totally dark. There is only one example (cubeback_rot.py) where the background (which is non standard VRML) allows the small cube to be seen (front surface in white the other in dark grey). If the background is omitted the cube vanishes also and in the dark window nothing is seen. But also with background there are strange effects. The background turns sometimes in black. It depends on the angle one looks on the background. When the view rotates there is allways a flickering of the walls. But the most significant thing is: the scenegraph are not seen. It seems as if scenegraph items are not rendered. Maby they are switched off. Can't find the switch to have the scenegraph beeing rendered. Thanks, Alfred |
