[PyOpenGL-Users] Updated web-site

I've just uploaded a slightly fresher version of the web-site.  It's not 
a particularly radical change, and it still doesn't have a screenshots 
area, but it does have the build/install, nehe and py2exe tutorial 
links, as well as updated pydocs for OpenGLContext.

I'm working on getting the docbook-based manual re-converted, but it's 
looking like that will be a while, as neither the saxon processor or 
4Suite is able to do the transformation at the moment.
