[PyOpenGL-Users] How to get OpenGL4 using PyOpenGL

Can I get OpenGL 4 (core profile) with PyOpenGL? (can live with
manually loading needed extensions one by one, but need to know if
they all are in PyOpenGL)

What is state of PyOpenGL development? Main site claim compatibility
only with OGL 3.2.
