[PyOpenGL-Users] installing pyopengl is confusing

i've downloaded and installed pyopengl.exe and openglcontext.exe from 
sourceforge and i keep getting the following error:

i've checked the site-packages folder and opengl is there along with the 
gl and glu directories.
