Currently the WGL wglUseFontOutlines* functions are
returning a simple boolean indicating success, they
should be returning a GLYPHMETRICSFLOAT array of length
(# of glyphs).

At the moment there's no way I can see to create a
GLYPHMETRICSFLOAT * (array) from the Python side to
accept the data from wglUseFontOutlines.

Similar problem with DescribePixelFormat, it should return a
new PIXELFORMATDESCRIPTOR, not require creating a pointer to
one with a size-of the structure to fill. See the PythonWin
OpenGL demo for example of failure case.

Since WGL doesn't provide the functionality, and we (or at
least I) don't really need it with FontTools-based fonts
available, I'm going to mark this closed. If someone really
feels like extending WGL themselves, open a new ticket (and
    submit code ;) ).
