0.1.0dev binary release for Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit

PyOpenCL-0.1.0dev-py2.6.egg is the name of Ubuntu 9.04 binary release and is a 64-bit release. The name of the file should have been a bit more explicit but unfortunately it isn't.

This release is provided in the hope that is easier to use than the source release. All other platforms will still need to use the source and compile.

The project has been on hold for a bit for personal reasons but hopefully it will start picking up momentum again.
