[Pyogclib-developers] getMapURL: mandatory parameters?

Hi,

LAYERS in WMSClient.getMapURL can not be set to 
an empty value so that you e.g. can retrieve the default
map from UMN MapServer.
Is LAYERS mandatory at all?
Same question for SRS.
