Nothing particular, except that I and Timothy have just been busy with 
other things (and nobody has requested a new release yet)... ;)

It compiles here on Windows and OSX (is it ok when I add /opt/local to 
the default paths on non-Windows builds or would this break something 
for Linux people?), so I can provide Windows binaries. Timothy, have you 
some time left for a new release?
