[Pyode-user] Compiling PyODE for the MacIntosh

I was wondering if anyone had been able to compile PyODE for the Mac.
I've compiled ODE with gcc (3.3 I think), however the Distutils that the
PyODE build uses wants to compile the ode files from Pyrex using
Metrowerks Codewarrior 7 (which I don't have, and which appears to not
be supported any more - judging by the Metrowerks website).
