joint = ode.BallJoint(world)
joint.somevarname = 'test'
gets an error: AttributeError: 'ode.BallJoint' object
has no attribute 'somevarname'
However, doing it with a body object does work.

I've modified the joints so that they can now also store arbitrary
(Actually, this is not a bug, but normal behavior of extension types
in contrast to Python types. The functionality to store arbitrary
attributes has to be implemented explicitly)
