Summary: creating Interface Builder palletes doesn't work
Initial Comment:
Examples/ProgressViewPalette is an InterfaceBuilder palettte based
on an Objective-C example with the same name.
The palette get's loaded, but IB complains that it cannot find the
palette class.
IB probably uses a low-level API to get at the classes.
