Summary: printing an NSView hangs.
Initial Comment:
If an NSView subclass has a knowsPageRange: method,
attempting to print it causes a hang.
The printing process never gets as far as calling the
method, as far as I can tell. gdb isn't too helpful, as it
seems to cause a segfault that isn't otherwise seen. This is
the traceback at the fault, however:
Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not
access memory.
