Summary: PB Highlighting for triple-quoted strings
Initial Comment:
As noted by Dan Grassi, Project Builder doesn't
correctly highlight triple-quoted multi-line strings if
you use single-quotes. Doublequotes work as expected.
The pblangspec file looks correct (single- and
double-quoted strings are treated the same).
