NSRect, and struct-types in general, are converted to/from Python tuples. For
NSRect this tuple is of the form ((origin_x, origin_y), (size_x, size_y)).

The translation is fully automatic based on the signature of the struct (the
string "returned" by @encode(NSRect)).
