It is intriguing that you bring up the public arch servers.  How does 
CVS -> arch migration work?  I know from experience that cvs2svn is 
pretty painless.

Both, but sf.net is the real problem for me.  CVS rarely annoys me on 
its own, but sf.net is consistently annoying.
