Scripts/make_distrib.py should do it.

This will create everything, source dist, installer and a binary dist 
for the packman database.

You need docutils and DocArticle (part of the docutil sandbox) to 
rebuild the documentation, the script should function correctly without 
those.

I hope to do a 1.1 release soon, but my weekends are fully booked at 
the moment.
