[Pyobjc-dev] Building an installer package

  So while no one else really cares about the one small change since 
1.1b1, I do!

  So I was wondering if I could get instructions for building an 
installer package from the latest sources, since there seems to be some 
automated way to do that, but I couldn't find any obvious script, and 
"setup.py bdist" only build a tar file.
