I agree.

The most important missing feature for a 1.1 release is the installer 
package for Panther, and that won't write itself (it's been on my TODO 
list since before the release of Panther). I have a semi-functional 
rewrite of Scripts/buildpkg.py lying around, but we should probably 
just do something crude for the 1.1 release.

*After* the 1.1 release we should focus on cleaning up the release 
scripts.
