[Pyobjc-dev] Standalone exe on panther?

Anyone have a link to instructions on how to make a standalone pyobjc 
exe for panther?  One that can be loaded on a stock panther machine 
without preloading pyobjc?  I tried just building one from the xcode 
template, and it didn't seem to work.
