Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work for me (10.2.8 / MacPython 2.3) 
I get a Requires unknown AppleDevTools error message - I do have the 
apple dev tools installed.

There is a typo in you're url on the homepage, the available link 
points to sourceforget instead of sourceforge.
