[Pyobjc-dev] New snapshot of libffi, will be included with PyObjC 1.0

I've created a new snapshot of libffi. This snapshot was made today 
from the HEAD branch of GCC. PyObjC passes its unittests with this 
release of libffi.

This should solve bug #738252.
