And yet another prerelease, this one includes nibclassbuilder and seems 
to fix the problem with NSRectFillList.

The unittests cause a crash, basicly because the ObjC program below 
crashes (Radar #3421569). The next release will disable the crashing 
PyObjC testcase on Jaguar systems.
