The core bridge is supposed to work on Panther, the PB/Xcode templates 
still need some work. However, Panther support is not important enough 
to hold up this release and I won't delay the release if there are 
Panther-only issues.

I do want to know about Panther-related issues, Panther support will be 
important when OS X 10.3 is actually released. With some luck I'll have 
a binary installer within a week of its release.
