Summary: Fix autogenerate files phase of build.

Initial Comment:
There are a couple of issues with the automatically 
generated files found within the build.

Currently, the cocoa_generator.py script will be run even on 
systems that do not support it.  Also, the autogenerated files 
are created in the source trees -- they should be moved to 
the build/ directory and included from there.
