Initial Comment:
On my system /usr/local is a symlink to a separate device. When 
writing /usr/local/bin/nibclassbuilder, the PyObjC installer replaces 
the /usr/local symlink with a new directory. I imagine this is really a 
bug in Installer.app, but it would be great if the problem could be 
avoided or the user could be notified to check the directory.
